About Human Performance

Human Performance is where strength and conditioning and rehab are planned and followed. Athletes open it to see the day's workout; coaches and specialists use it to run plans, testing and rehab for the athletes they work with.

For athletes

Today's card is the workout for the day, with every exercise, set and load. The week shows where you are in your plan, and My progress explains how your training moves forward and why.

For coaches and specialists

Athletes is the roster. Plans holds every workout plan an athlete can be put on, Testing records measured results, Rehab follows rehab and return-to-play cases, and the Library is the shared list of exercises every plan draws from.

One account, your own data

Everyone signs in as themselves, with their own Stallion account — the same one used in every Stallion app. What you see depends on your role: an athlete sees only their own program, and staff see the athletes they work with. A coach can see that a restriction exists without seeing the clinical detail behind it. Access is always given to a specific account, never by handing out a password.

Put it on your home screen

Human Performance works as an app: no store download, and it opens full-screen like anything else on your phone. Set it up once:

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open this site in Safari (not Chrome).
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow, bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. The Human Perf icon appears on your home screen.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open this site in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu, top right.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (on some phones, Install app).
  4. Tap Add or Install.
